Terms of Service

By using Pashaly (the “Service”), you (the “User”) agree to the following.

1. Free during beta

You can capture your screen in Chrome and share it with others by link. The Service is free during beta. If it becomes paid, we'll announce it on this page in advance.

2. Don't upload images that violate others' rights

Don't upload unauthorized copies, other people's personal information, defamatory content, or anything that violates laws or public order. Placing excessive load on the Service, attempting to break it, and logging in as someone else are also prohibited.

3. Your images belong to you

The Operator handles images only as needed to serve them by link, to respond to reports, and to investigate failures. Reported images may be made private without waiting for review.

4. Images stay until you delete them

However, accounts unused for a long time may be deleted along with their images after notice by email. The Operator may stop or change the Service after giving notice. Keep a local copy of important images using Download in Captures.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. The Operator is not liable for damages arising from lost images, links that no longer open, or suspension of the Service.

6. Changes and governing law

When these terms change, we'll announce it on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
